Upon requesting the services provided by me, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Additionally, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Any participation in my services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

I am committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of your information in relation to its use within my services, subject to provisions of state and federal law.

Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personal information is not actively shared.

I do not sell or redistribute the personal information I collect in order to complete my work.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

When contact is made by you, the customer, to me, the following information may be collected:

- Your name

- Your email address

- Your phone number

- Other personal information *

* This specifically covers any information that may be required in order to complete the service requested of me that has not already been mentioned.

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

The personal information collected from you will only be used for the purpose of communication between myself and you, the customer, as well as however is applicable to the service being provided.

DISTRIBUTION OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

I will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you, except for certain explicit circumstances in which disclosure is required by law.

I will not distribute or sell personal information to third-party organizations.

This Privacy Statement was last revised on August 14, 2022.

I may change this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Statement each time you visit this site.

If a significant change is made to my Privacy Statement, a notice will be posted on the homepage of my website for a period of time after the change is made.

This website and its original content, features, and functionality, as well as any and all original works created and provided as part of my services, are owned by me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

PAYMENT AND RECEIPT

You must pay a 50% (fifty percent) non-refundable* deposit once your request has been accepted. See refund policy for more information.

The remaining 50% (fifty percent) will be due upon completion of the service. An invoice will be provided once the remaining balance is received.

Payments may be made via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and/or Ko-fi. No checks or bank/card information will be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made within 48 (forty-eighht) hours of acceptance or before over 50% (fifty percent) of the work is completed, whichever occurs first, in order to qualify for a 100% (one-hundred percent) refund. Any that fall outside of this requirement will be ineligible for a refund.

Should I decide that I will not be able to complete my service to you, you will be given two refund options: receive a 100% (one-hundred percent) refund without the partially-finished materials, OR receive a 50% (fifty percent) refund [25% (twenty-five percent) of the overall price] as well as any and all materials created thus far for the service being provided.

REFUNDS

If a request of service is cancelled after 48 (forty-eight) hours or after 50% (fifty percent) of the work is complete, the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.

If I am unable to complete a service, you will be given two options for refund: 100% refund without the partially-finished materials, OR 50% (fifty percent) refund [25% (twenty-five percent) of the overall price] as well as any and all materials created thus far for the service being provided.

Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion. Refunds will only be considered within 90 (ninety) days of the original service.

Most, if not all, of my work will be done on Google Drive and its related services (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).

Once completed, the finished work, all of its related files, as well as your invoice will be compiled into a Google Drive folder titled, "YourName: Service (MM/YY)." Access to this folder will be emailed to you directly, along with another copy of your invoice and a reminder for the remaining payment.

I reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as I see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

If there are any changes to my privacy policy, it will be announced that these changes have been made on my home page. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

Note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the data and analytics that may be collected by my domain host ("Universe," "onuniverse.com").
